Panelists:

Ar. Azman Ismail
Headstart workshops have been held in four Malaysian Institutions (public and private) namely the International Islamic University of Malaysia (IIUM), Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM), UCSI University and Infrastructure University Kuala Lumpur (IUKL).
Final year degree and master students in architecture are invited to attend HEADSTART with their portfolio – a platform for discourse and knowledge sharing to help prepare for their job-hunting process and kick-start their careers in architectural practices.
The 3-hour workshop features a guest speaker from a prominent architectural practice in Malaysia to share their experience and views as a practitioner on the expectations and concerns surrounding the processing of architectural graduate job applications. This will provide students with valuable insights into the industry and what they need to do to succeed in their careers.
Finally, the workshop will conclude with job interview simulations, where each panel will interview students with their portfolios. This will provide students with an opportunity to practice their interview skills and receive feedback from industry professionals.
