The Sports Fiesta Begins With an Exciting Rock Climbing Event in Batu Caves

The Kuala Lumpur Architecture Festival 2023 (KLAF 2023) kicked off its Sports Fiesta with a thrilling rock climbing event at Batu Caves’ Gua Damai Xtreme Park.

Climbers of different skill levels and backgrounds gathered to tackle the park’s difficult climbs, fully outfitted with KLAF 2023 Rock Climbing T-shirts, full climbing gear and equipment, belayers, and a hearty lunch – all just RM 80 per person. In addition, architecture graduates set up breakfast booths providing cakes, baked goods, and coffee to feed participants for the day’s activities.

Under the sub-theme “Engage,” the Sports Fiesta includes individual and team sports, inter-firm contests, and individual participation. Architects, graduates, professors, students, all professionals, and municipal governments are all welcome to attend.

“We feel that recreational activities give the finest platform for creating friendships and connections, which will benefit all in the long run,” stated a KLAF 2023 representative. “The Sports Fiesta allows everyone to participate in healthy and active lifestyles, foster togetherness, and promote collaboration.”

The KLAF 2023 Sports Fiesta will include a variety of activities that encourage physical exercise, sportsmanship, and team building. The festival’s goal is to bring people from all walks of life together and encourage a healthy and active lifestyle.
